目的研究标准作业程序在手术室与病房转送交接中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月至2014年6月在医院采用标准作业程序完成手术室与病房转送交接的患者100例为实验组，选取2011年6月至2011年12月在医院采用口头形式完成手术室与病房转送交接的患者100例为对照组，分析两组患者在标准作业程序实施前后不安全事件的发生情况、交接时间和患者满意度。结果实验组患者在手术室与病房转送交接中不安全事件的发生比对照组少，交接时间短，患者满意度高，以上差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论应用标准作业程序转送交接病人可以减少不安全事件的发生，减少交接过程所需的时间，提高患者满意度，应该在手术室与病房交接患者的过程中推广使用。%Objective To study the effect of application of standard operating procedures in transfer and transport between operating room and ward. Methods Experimental group consisted of 100 patients who had been transferred and transported between operating room and ward under standard operating procedures from January to June 2014, while control group consisted of 100 patients who had been transferred and transported between operating room and ward under oral form from June to December 2011. The incidence of unsafe accidents, transfer time and patient satisfaction before and after the implementation of Standard operating procedures were analyzed and compared.ResultsIn the process of transfer and transport between operating room and ward, the incidence rate of unsafe accidents of patients in experimental group was lower than that of control group, the transfer time was less than that of control group and the patient satisfaction was higher than that of control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standard operating procedures in transfer and transport between operating room and ward can reduce the incidence of unsafe accidents and the transfer time and improve patient satisfaction. Therefore, standard operating procedures should be popularized in the process of transfer and transport between operating room and ward.
