基于改进型AHP的食品质量安全时间序列预警模型的研究

摘要

Time series early warning model of food quality safety was set up by improved analytic hierarchy process. The three-scale method was used to construct judgment matrix and ensure the weighting coefficient of early warning index. The model was built with national standards of food safety and the index. For example, a the model could be used to forecast the quality safety of rice, which could be adopted and applied as a reference of modeling in the different food safety early warning status, and provide monitoring, evaluation and supervision for food quality safety departments.%运用改进型AHP建立食品安全状态的时间序列预警模型。模型采用3标度法构建判断矩阵可较为简单计算确定质量安全预警指标的权重，判断食品安全状态，应用食品质量安全技术标准和指标可建立食品安全状态预警模型，用于食品安全状态预警，并以稻米为例建立稻米质量安全预警模型，为建立其他食品安全状态预警模型研究提供参考，也可为食品质量安全监管部门进行食品监测与综合评价、科学监管提供参考。
