The microwave digestion ICP-MS was successfully established to detect content of Pb, As, Hg, Cd, Cr, Cu, Ti, Ni, Co, Sb and Zn in Acalypha australis and ensure the quality of A.australis.Result:The linear relation, method detection limit, recovery rate and RSDof Pb, As, Hg, Cd, Cr, Cu, Ti, Ni, Co, Sb and Zn in A.australis are good (r ≥0.999 2) , 0.250-5.600μg/kg, 88.1%-107.8%and≤2.39%under the optimum detection conditions respectively.The RSDof repeatability test, stability test and precision test of the established microwave digestion ICP-MS is≤3.43%, ≤2.19%and≤2.03%separately.The detection results of the established microwave digestion ICP-MS verified by national standard product Astragalus membranaceus are consistent with the certificate values, which indicates that the established microwave digestion ICP-MS can be used for detection of heavy metals in A.australis samples.The Pb, As, Cu and Cd content in A.australis samples from different regions of Sichuan Province conforms Chinese Pharmacopoeia standard (2015 Edition) but the Hg content in A.australis samples from Chengdu and Mianyang Region exceeds the standard.The high Hg content in A.australis samples from Chengdu and Mianyang Region should be paid attention to by relevant departments.%为保障铁苋菜的质量, 建立微波消解ICP-MS法测定铁苋菜中11种重金属 (Pb、As、Hg、Cd、Cr、Cu、Ti、Ni、Co、Sb、Zn) 含量.结果表明:在最佳测定条件下, 11种重金属元素线性关系良好 (r≥0.999 2) , 方法检出限为0.250~5.600μg/kg, 加样回收率为88.1%~107.8%, RSD≤2.39%.重复性试验RSD≤3.43%, 稳定性试验RSD≤2.19%, 精密度试验RSD≤2.03%.利用国家标准物质黄芪 (GBW 10028) 验证方法准确性, 测定结果与证书值相符, 可用于铁苋菜样品中重金属元素的测定.经测定, 四川省不同地区铁苋菜重金属Pb、As、Cu、Cd含量均符合现行《中国药典》标准 (2015年版) , 成都、绵阳地区Hg元素含量超标, 应引起相关部门重视.
