日粮中添加氨基酸对黔东南小香鸡生长和屠宰性能的影响

         

摘要

180 Xiaoxiang chicken with 24 weeks age were randomly divided into 10 treatments and respectively fed with the basic rations with different Lys, Met and Thr levels for 28 d to study the effects of different amino acid level in ration on growth and slaughter performance of Xiaoxiang chicken. The results showed that there was no obvious difference in feed intake between different groups, the average daily gain of treatment 1 was maximum, the average daily gain of other treatments except treatment 4,5 and 8 was all higher than CK, the feed-body weight ratio of most treatments was lower than CK, there was no significant difference in slaughter rate between different treatments, the eviscerated yield percentage of treatment 9 was the highest and 16. 3% higher than treatment 2 and there was no obvious difference in eviscerated yield percentage between different treatments, the percentage of half eviscerated yield of treatment 5 was maximum and there were no obvious difference in thigh muscle rate and chest muscle rate between different treatments, which indicates that adding amino acid in ration can improve growth and slaughter performance of Xiaoxiang chicken and the pattern of adding amino acid in ration is worth being popularized in production of Xiaoxiang chicken.%为探讨日粮氨基酸对黔东南小香鸡生长性能和屠宰性能的影响,选取180只24周龄的黔东南小香鸡随机分为10组,每组18只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理1~3组、4~6组、7~9组在基础日粮中分别添加Lys(2.6g/kg,5.2g/kg,7.8g/kg)、Met(2.6g/kg,5.2g/kg,7.8g/kg)、Thr(1.2g/kg,2.4g/kg,3.6 g/kg)进行为期28d的饲养试验.结果表明,采食量各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);全期平均日增重以处理1组最高,除处理4、5、8组外,其他各组均高于对照组;料重比多数氨基酸添加组低于对照组(P>0.05).屠宰率各组间差异不显著(P>0.05),全净膛率以处理9组最高,比处理2组高16.3% (P<0.05),其他各组间差异不显著,半净膛率以处理5组最高;腿肌率和胸肌率各组间差异不显著(P>0.05).表明,在日粮中添加氨基酸有利于黔东南小香鸡生长性能和屠宰性能的提高,值得在生产中推广应用.
