天津市土地利用变化及其影响因素分析

摘要

To provide reference for scientific utilization, rational exploitation and sustainable development of land in Tianjin, the characters of land utilization variation were analyzed by using investigation data and other correlative statistical data in Tianjin from 1999 to 2008 and main factors affecting land utilization variation were analyzed by using principal component analysis method. The results showed that the areas of cultivated land, garden plot, traffic land and water land mass decreased,while the areas of rural residential land, forest land multiply increased, the areas of grassland are almost unchanged during the study period. Population changes, economy development, change of industries structure was the leading factors of land utilization variation in Tianjin.%为天津市土地的科学利用、合理开发及可持续发展提供参考,利用1999-2008年天津市土地利用变更调查数据和相关统计资料,分析天津市的土地利用变化特征,运用主成分分析法分析影响土地利用变化的主导因素.结果表明,天津市的耕地、园地、交通运输用地、水域面积大量减少,居民点及工矿用地、林地面积大量增加,牧草地面积基本没有变化;人口变化、经济发展、产业结构变化是天津市土地利用变化的主导因素.
