The comparative tobacco bulk curing experiments were conducted in downward air-flow bulk curing barn assisted with solar energy collector to save fuel and energy. The results showed that comparing with ordinary bulk curing barn, bulk curing barn assisted by solar energy could save, on average, 18.60% of coal and 6.15% of electricity, 16.92% of curing cost without lowering internal and apparent quality of cured leaves. It seems that bulk curing barn assisted by solar energy could considerably save energy,decrease curing cost and reduce waste gas emission, and promote the flue-cured tobacco sustainable development.%为节省燃料、节约能源,针对气流下降式密集烤房设计了与其配套的太阳能集热器,并进行了烟叶烘烤对比试验.结果表明,太阳能烤房在不降低烤后烟叶内在质量和外观质量的前提下,节能效果极显著,比对照烤房平均节煤18.60%,平均节电6.15%,平均节省烘烤能源成本16.92%.利用太阳能辅助烘烤烟叶,有利于烤烟生产实现节能减排降本和可持续发展.
