猪粪堆积发酵后细菌的分离鉴定

摘要

为寻找猪粪的除臭微生物,采用稀释平板法对发酵腐熟的猪粪进行细菌分离,并对优势细菌的形态特征、培养特性和生理生化特点进行鉴定.结果表明,分离得到的5株优势细菌分别为蜡样芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、短小芽孢杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌和班图酒香酵母菌,为猪粪除臭剂的制备奠定了物质基础.%The fermented swine manure was used for isolation of bacteria by the dilution plate method,and the isolated strains were identified from morphology, cultivation and biochemical characteristics to obtain the deodorizing microorganisms. The results showed that five superior strains were obtained, which are Bacillus cereus, Bacillus subtilis , Bacillus purnilus , Lactobacillus acidophilus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The results laid a material foundation for preparation of deodorant of swine manure.
