贵州省鲜猪肉中盐酸克伦特罗的残留检测

         

摘要

为了解违禁添加剂盐酸克伦特罗在贵州省养猪场的使用情况,随机从9个地(州、市)24个农贸市场采集108份鲜猪肉样本,采用液相色谱串联质谱法对其进行检测.结果表明:30.6%(33/108)鲜猪肉样本可检出极微量的盐酸克伦特罗,但远低于国家标准最低检出量(0.5 μg/kg);69.4%(75/108)鲜猪肉样本未检出盐酸克伦特罗.结论:贵州省养猪场对盐酸克伦特罗的使用控制程度较好,鲜猪肉可安全食用.%To investigate the situation of clenbuterol hydrochloride applied in pig farms in Guizhou Province, 108 samples of fresh pork were randomly collected from 24 markets in 9 areas and used for detecting clenbuterol hydrochloride by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry. The results showed that clenbuterol hydrochloride were not detected in 69. 4% (75/108) of the fresh pork samples, but it was found in 30. 6% (33/108) of fresh pork samples. But their contents were lower than the minimum detectable limit (0. 5 g/kg) of national standard. These results indicated that the control to application of clenbuterol hydrochloride was strict in the pig farms and the fresh pork selling in farmer markets was safe to eat in Guizhou Province.
