Microbial community in aquaculture water during the harvest season from 2009 to 2010 were compared by denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(DGGE) technique so as to provide theoretical bases for bioremediation of land-based aquaculture. The results showed that after water was treated by in situ ecological restoration and wetland treatment of ectopic integration of ecological restoration techniques, the number of abnormal bacteria significantly decreased. And crab pond tended to be lightly polluted, the microbial diversity was increased significantly as well. Therefore, the ecological restoration measures are good for the ecological maintenance of the aquaculture area. Besides, The microbiological status of the aquaculture water system in 2010 is generally better than in 2009 with the improvement of ecological aquaculture. Each of the different regions has their own micro-culture system and changes every year, thus it will be of important significance to water purification by improving the water quality conditions of the culture environment, forming a good breeding ecosystem, as well as enhancing the training of indigenous microbe.%为给陆域养殖系统的生物修复提供理论基础,采用变性梯度凝胶电泳技术对太湖周边养殖池塘2009-2010年收获季节的养殖水体微生物进行了比较.结果表明:采用原位生态修复和异位湿地处理集成的生态修复技术处理后,异样细菌的数量明显下降,养蟹池塘从原来的微生物中污染状态转为轻污染状态,系统中微生物的多样性也有明显上升.因此,整个生态修复措施对于维持养殖区的生态化运行具有良好的意义.此外,2010年的系统微生物状况普遍比2009年好,这与生态化养殖的改进有一定关系.每个不同的养殖区域有各自的微生物系统,而且每年的微生物种类和数量都变化很大,因此,改善养殖环境的水质条件,形成良好的养殖生态系统,从而加强对土著微生物的培养对水质的净化将具有重要意义.
