介绍了凉山州农村人力资源现状、人口构成及农村居民的人均纯收入状况,指出了凉山州农村人力资源丰富、整体素质较低、结构不合理、就业信息不对称和城镇化发展缓慢等阻碍农村人力资源转移就业的制约因素,提出了凉山州统筹城乡发展中农村人力资源转移就业的对策.%The rural human resources, population composition and per capita pure income of farmers in Liangshan Prefecture were introduced, restraints of low employment of rural surplus labor forces were pointed out, including low quality of whole labor forces, unreasonable structure of human resources, asymmetry employment information and low developmental speed of urbanization. Countermeasures for transfer and employment of rural surplus labor forces were put forward as well.
