德威乐对红肉蜜柚品质的影响

     

摘要

为了解植物营养剂---德威乐对红肉蜜柚果实品质的影响,采用田间叶面喷施德威乐法,并对果实品质相关性状进行测定。结果表明,与常规喷施氮磷钾叶面肥相比,喷施德威乐的红肉蜜柚单果重、可溶性固形物含量(TSS)、固酸比(TSS/TA)、总糖含量、果皮明亮度、果肉红色值增和总酚含量分别提高了6.7%、1.73%、8.91、0.93 g/100g、12.78%、18.7%和31.4%;果肉中可滴定酸(TA)、维生素C、可溶性蛋白质含量分别下降了19.8%、14.2%和18.2%。果皮的过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性分别降低了41.6%、24.7%和37.3%。%The influence of Deweile plant nutrients on fruit quality of red-fleshed sweet pomelo was investigated,and the related traits of fruit quality were determined by spraying Deweile in the field. Results:Compared to the control,Deweile plant nutrients increased the weight of single fruit,TSS,TSS/TA,total sugar content,peel brightness,red value of pulp and total phenolic content by 6.7%,1.73%, 8.91,0.93 g/100g,12.78%,18.7% and 31.4% respectively;The contents of total acidity(TA),vitamin C and soluble protein in pulp were reduced by 19.8%,14.2% and 18.2% respectively.The activities of peroxide enzyme(POD),catalase(CAT)and polyphenoloxidase(PPO)in peel were decreased by Deweile plant nutrients.
