嗜铁假单胞杆菌C-12产嗜铁素的影响因素

         

摘要

为进一步开发利用假单胞菌C-12,试验采用光谱吸收法,对来自土壤中的1株假单胞菌C-12产生嗜铁素的条件进行研究.结果表明:在416 nm处有1个嗜铁素特异吸收峰,当铁离子浓度为1 μmol/L时,最适合其产嗜铁素.不同培养条件对嗜铁菌假单胞菌分泌嗜铁素有明显影响.适合C-12分泌嗜铁素的最佳条件为培养基为MSA培养基,最适培养温度为32℃,以脯氨酸为氮源、蔗糖为碳源,C/N为3∶1,pH6.0.%Absorption spectrometry was used to study the influencing factors of siderophore production from a strain of Pseudomonas C-12, so as to exploit and utilize Pseudomonas C-12 in further. The results showed that siderophore had a specific absorption peak at 416 nm wavelength. And it also showed that 1 μmol/L Fe3+ in the medium was the best for Pseudomonas C-12 producing siderophore. The different culture conditions had noteworthy effect to secretion of siderophore by Pseudomonas C-12. The most suitable siderophore-producing medium was MSA with the conditions of temperature 32 ℃ , nitrogen source proline, carbon source sucrose, C/N 3 : 1 and pH 6. 0.
