为筛选适宜的水杨酸浓度,提高铁皮石斛的产量、质量和抗逆性,研究了不同浓度外源水杨酸对铁皮石斛幼苗叶绿素、蛋白质、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量的影响.结果表明:外源SA能不同程度地提高铁皮石斛幼苗叶绿素a、叶绿素b、蛋白质和脯氨酸含量,降低可溶性糖的含量.其中,1 mmol/L SA对幼苗的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、蛋白质、可溶性糖含量的作用效果最佳,1.5 mmol/L SA预处理对提高脯氨酸含量效果最好.表明,外源水杨酸能不同程度地促进铁皮石斛幼苗的生长,增强铁皮石斛幼苗的抗逆性.%Effects of different concentrations of salicylic acid (SA) on chlorophyll of leaves, protein, soluble sugar and proline of stems of D. officinale seeding were studied to screen the optimum SA concentration to enhance yield, quality and stress resistance of D. officinale. The results showed that contents of chlorophyll, protein and proline were increased and content of soluble sugar was decreased after pretreatment of SA. 1 mmol/L SA showed the most effect on contents of chlorophyll, protein and soluble sugar. While 1. 5 mmol/L SA could improve content of proline preferably. These results show that pretreatment of SA can promote the growth of D. officinale seeding and enhance its ability of stress resistance.
