甘蓝型油菜隐性上位核不育系6515A的选育

摘要

Recessive epistatic genic male sterile line 6515A with yellow seed and high oil content was bred from 5602R with yellow seed and high oil content ,homozygous two-type line 118AB with recessive epistatic genic male sterile and temporary maintainer line 118C by hybridization,inbred,backcross and so on to provide good parents for breeding of hybrid rape variety in B.napus.The content of erucidic acid, glucosinolates and oil of 6515 A is 0.1%~0.4%,18~2 222 μmol/g/cake and 45.5%~46.5%respectively.The sterile plant rate of complete sterile line from homozygous two-type line 6515AB × temporary maintainer line in artificial hybridization and field large-scale production is 100% and over 97%respectively.%为给甘蓝型杂交油菜新品种选育提供优良亲本，以黄籽高油份品系5602R、隐性上位核不育纯合两型系118AB及临保系118C为亲本，通过杂交、自交、回交、兄妹交等育种方法，育成了黄籽高油分的隐性上位核不育系6515A。该不育系含油量45．5％～46．5％，芥酸含量0．1％～0．4％，饼硫苷含量18～22μmol/g纯合两型系与临保系一致性好，利用纯合两型系与临保系人工杂交组配的全不育系不育株率达100％，生产上大面积应用纯合两型系与临保系配制全不育系不育株率达97％以上。
