上海松江区家庭农场发展现状与对策

摘要

Nowadays,our country’s agriculture development is at its critical period of transformation and upgrading,the family farm is one of the effective measures to solve the problem of excessive decentralization management of household contract responsibility system. The authors introduced the development of family farm and analyzed the existing problems and causes from aspects of revenue, production efficiency,operators’quality and financing channels.Then the corresponding countermeasures were proposed from aspects of perfecting land transfer mechanism,broadening farmers’income channels, optimizing infrastructures of family farm,perfecting socialized service system and training system,and broadening financing channels.%我国农业发展正处于转型升级的关键时期，家庭农场是解决当前家庭联产承包责任制过度分散经营问题的有效途径。介绍了上海松江区家庭农场的发展成效，从家庭农场的收益、生产效率、农业经营者的素质以及融资渠道等方面分析其发展中存在的问题和原因，从完善土地流转机制、拓宽农场主收入渠道、优化家庭农场基础设施、健全农业社会化服务体系、完善农户培训机制和拓宽融资渠道方面提出了针对性的对策。
