The effects of different Lighting time on propagation and growth of D.officinale test-tube plantlets at rooting stage in an artificial closed plant factory under the controlled environment conditions to provide the theoretical basis for photoperiod control in large-scale production of D.officinale test-tube plantlets.The results showed that the propagation coefficient and height of D.officinale test-tube plantlets during the propagation period reaches the maximum under 10 h/d of Lighting time,but the height,leaf number and root length of D.officinale test-tube plantlets at rooting stage all are the maximum under 12 h/d of photoperiod.%为给铁皮石斛组培规模化生产中光照时间的控制提供理论依据,在人工密闭式植物工厂的可控环境条件下,研究不同光照时间对铁皮石斛增殖及生根阶段试管苗生长的影响。结果表明:铁皮石斛试管苗增殖阶段增殖系数、株高光照时间在10 h/d 到最大值,为适宜光照时间;在生根阶段苗高、叶片数、根长均在光照时间为12 h/d 培养条件下到最高,为铁皮石斛生根阶段适宜光照时间。
