日粮营养水平对高坡猪生长性能及肉质的影响

12 Gaopo pigs with 20 kg initial body weight are divided into two groups randomly and then pigs of two groups are respectively fed with the diets with two nutrition levels of Chinese feeding standard and American feeding standard for three times a day (08:30,13:30 and 18:30) at 18~20C based on a separated raising pattern and finally the pigs are slaughtered when the average body weight is 90 kg to discuss the effects of diet nutrition level on growth performance and meat quality of Gaopo pigs.Results:The American feeding standard can significantly reduce fed/gain ratio,intramuscular fat content,drip loss and fatty acid synthase (P < 0.05) of Gaopo pigs and significantly improve carcass length,nutrient utilization efficiency,meat color a * 24h,and relative expression of MyHC Ⅱa and MyHC Ⅱb (P<0.05) of Gaopo pigs.In conclusion,the diet with a high nutrition level is beneficial to improve meat quality of Gaopo pigs and significantly increases growth performance,feed conversion rate and nutrient utilization efficiency of Gaopo pigs.%为探明日粮营养水平对高坡猪生长性能及肉质的影响,选择12头初始体重20 kg左右的高坡猪随机分为2个处理,分别按美国NRC标准(2012)和中国猪饲养标准(2004)配置2个不同营养水平的日粮,单栏饲养,预试5d后进入正式试验,每日饲喂3次(08:30、13:30和18:30),自由饮水,圈舍内温度保持在18~20℃,平均体重达90 kg屠宰.结果表明:按美国NRC标准(高营养水)饲喂可显著降低高坡猪的料重比、肌内脂肪含量、滴水损失、肌糖原含量和脂肪酸合成酶(P<0.05);显著提高高坡猪的胴体长、养分利用率、肌肉红度(a*24h)及有氧酵解(MyHC Ⅱa)和无氧酵解(MyHC Ⅱb)型肌纤维的表达量(P<0.05).高营养水平有利于改善高坡猪的肉质,并且显著提高其生长性能、饲料转化率和养分利用率.
