紫苏属植物的研究进展及发展潜力

摘要

紫苏是我国传统的特色药食两用型油料作物,在医药、食品、油料及景观方面具有重要应用价值.为紫苏的进一步深入研究提供参考,从紫苏的主要成分、药食价值、资源分布、栽培区域及品种选育进展进行综述,分析紫苏种群划分以及关键性状分子机制的研究进展,并对我国紫苏研究中存在的问题进行分析讨论,对紫苏的下一步研究方向提出展望.%P.frutescens, a medicine and food oil crop with a Chinese traditional characteristic, has the important application value in medicine, food, oil plants and landscape.The main components, medicine and food value, resources distribution, cultivation area and variety breeding of P.frutescens are reviewed and the research progress in population division and key traits'' molecular mechanism of P.frutescens are analyzed to provide a reference for further research of P.frutescens.The further research direction of P.frutescens is prospected based on discussing the existing problems in P.frutescens research in China at the same time.
