论党建工作中党员主体性作用的发挥——基于马克思主义人的主体性理论的探讨

党建工作的开展和创新离不开党员主体作用的发挥。马克思主义人的主体性思想深刻揭示了人作为主体在实践活动中的重要地位，对充分发挥党员主体作用，进一步推进党建工作的创新有着重大启示意义。在党建工作中必须明确党员在党建工作中的主体地位，以实践为基石激发党员的主体性，加强党内民主建设，充分发挥党员的能动性和创造性，以实现党建事业在新时期蓬勃发展。%The subjectivity role of the party members is of great necessity in the party＇s building. Marxist theory of subjectivity reveals the important role of the people, the subject of the practice, which is a great enlightenment to guide us to further push forward the construction of the party by fully playing the subjectivity role of all party members. We should clearly recognize the subjectivity role of the party member, arose their subject consciousness and encourage their initiative and innovation so as to promote the party＇s construction in new period.
