中国共产党解决民生问题的基本经验

The CPC＇s basic experience of solving the problems concerning people＇s livelihood can be summarized as the following points ： to solve the problem of people＇s livelihood in the process of theory innovation, of development, of the reform, of the combination of old and new concept ,of the building of relevant institutions ,systems and mechanisms , of the working undertaking vie the scientific ways , of taking the lessons and experiences from other countries. All these basic experiences provide the important significance for further improving people＇s livelihood and building a harmonious society.%系统总结中国共产党解决民生问题的基本经验，可以概括为七条：在民生理论创新中解决民生问题；在发展中解决民生问题；在革命和改革中解决民生问题；在“输血”与“造血”相结合中解决民生问题；在构筑相关制度、体制、机制过程中解决民生问题；在弘扬党的优良作风，运用科学的民生工作方法中解决民生问题；在借鉴前人和别国经验教训中解决民生问题。这些基本经验对于我们当前推进以改善民生为重点的社会建设以及构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要的意义。
