Under the new situation of that STCW Convention Manila Amendments being came into force,in order to improve the overall quality of Chinese marine engineers,analyzing the status of marine engineering English teaching,proposing some reform measures correspondingly.%在STCW公约马尼拉修正案即将生效的新形势下,为整体提高我国轮机员素质,分析我国轮机英语教学的现状,针对性的提出改革措施。
