浅析青年农民工思想政治教育

摘要

Migrant workers are a particular social group appeared in the early 1980s,they have long been a city struggling to vulnerable groups;and young migrant workers is the main building army of migrant workers in the future.China＇s current ideological and political education work,to some extent,ignored the migrant workers in this group.Therefore,we must give attention to the minds of the ideological and political education of migrant workers,give full play to trade unions,community development and the important role of public opinion and propaganda,in particular,to strengthen the young migrant workers in the main body of the cultivation of moral training of migrant workers,to improve the quality of young migrant workers.%农民工是我国20世纪80年代初期出现的一个特殊的社会群体,长期以来他们一直是城市中处境艰难的弱势群体,而青年农民工则是未来农民工建设大军中的主力。我国现阶段的思想政治教育工作在一定程度上忽视了农民工这一群体。为此,必须在思想上对农民工思想政治教育工作给予重视,充分发挥工会、社区建设和舆论宣传的重要作用,尤其要加强农民工的主体青年农民工道德修养的培养,提高青年农民工自身的素质。
