广东省高职院校女子篮球队的现状分析与对策

摘要

通过对近几年参加广东省大学生篮球联赛女子丙组的高职院校进行分析调查,发现我省高职院校在女子篮球人才培养方面的投入存在不足,篮球水平相对不高,需完善运动队训练和比赛体制机制,加强对篮球竞技管理和体育设施的建设,从而提高我省各高职院校女子篮球队的竞技水平。%Based on the analysis and surveys of students participate in Women＇s Basketball League Group C in Guangdong Province,found that there were deficiencies in women＇s basketball investment in personnel training,the level of basketball was not high,sports teams need to improve the institutional mechanisms for training and competition,strengthen the basketball sports management and sports facilities,and enhance the vocational college women＇s basketball in our province＇s competitive level.
