浅析人事档案管理存在的问题及解决的措施

摘要

随着人事制度的改革及人事流动性的增强,我国目前人事档案管理模式及手段已经不能满足新时代发展需要,暴露出了许多问题,迫切需要对我国人事档案管理进行完善和改进。文章以自身医院人事档案管理实际工作经验为基础,分析出了人事档案管理存在的普遍性问题,并提出了具有针对性解决措施,以期促进医院人事档案管理工作的改进。%With the reform of personnel system and personnel mobility increases,China＇s current personnel records management and tools can not meet the development needs of a new era,there are many problems,and we need to improve our management of personnel files.This paper is besed on practical work experience of personnel records management in his own hospital,analyzes the popular problems in personnel records management,and puts forward some solutions,to promote the hospital personnel records management improvement.
