Effective classroom program management will do help to improve the effectiveness of teaching and develop children's awareness of the rules in orderly environment.Based on the problems of teachers in the classroom program management and put forward the corresponding solutions.%有效的课堂程序管理利于提高教学的实效性以及幼儿在有序的环境中形成规则意识。本文根据教师在课堂程序管理中存在的问题并提出相应的解决策略。
