当前形势下高校创建先进基层党组织的基本思路

College Party charged with the mission of the university into the important position of socialist spiritual civilization around the school centers,colleges create advanced grassroots party organizations,to give full play to the political core fighting force;of College Party building under the new situationmany new problems,how to explore the laws and methods of effective grass-roots party organizations,of great significance for strengthening and improving Party building work.%高校基层党组织担负着围绕学校中心工作把高校建设成社会主义精神文明重要阵地的使命,高校创建先进基层党组织,能充分发挥政治核心和战斗堡垒作用;但新形势下高校基层党组织建设面临许多新的问题,如何探索行之有效的基层党组织建设的规律和方法,对于加强和改进党建工作具有重要意义。
