高职教育管理体制创新的逻辑与对策研究

摘要

The essence of management lies in the search for order, purpose is to strike a search for order efficiency. The reason why the current system of higher vocational education and management of innovation, that they are facing the plight of the order and efficiency have brought destruction. This article is in such a logical chain, to further explore the three requirements of the vocational education and management of institutional innovation, these three requirements are interrelated and interdependent, and together form the basic logic of the vocational education and management of institutional innovation. On this basis, the article puts forward some countermeasures.%管理的本质在于对秩序的追寻，而追寻秩序的目的在于求取效率。高职教育管理的现行体制之所以要创新。就在于其正在面对的困境，对秩序和效率都带来了破坏。而本文正是在这样的一种逻辑链条里，进一步探讨高职教育管理体制创新的三大要求，这三大要求彼此关联，互相依存，共同构成了高职教育管理体制创新的基本逻辑。在此基础上，文章提出了一些对策。
