余姚市贫困人口最低生活保障建设的实践与思考

摘要

The introduction of national minimum living standard security system is an effective measure to solve problems that the poor lives below the bread line, all levels of government to respond positively to the country＇s policies and systems, do a good job of government relief efforts.According to the actual situation of the poor population in Yuyao City, the minimum living security problems in the process of construction are researched,then put forward suggestions for better play to the function of government aid to provide a certain significance.%国家出台的最低生活保障制度是为贫困人口解决生活困难的一道有效的措施，各级政府积极响应国家的政策制度，做好相应的政府救助工作。本文结合浙江省余姚市的实际情况，研究余姚市贫困人口最低生活保障建设过程中存在的问题，进而提出建议，为更好地发挥政府救助职能提供一定的借鉴意义。
