基于学生个性化发展的创新型人才培养思考

Cultivating innovative talents is the need for building an innovative country,and focus on college students＇ personality development is a prerequisite of innovative personnel training.The importance of innovative talent from the university culture,analyzes the problems of our colleges and universities in innovative personnel training,put forward a new model based on students＇ individual development of innovative personnel training,and create an atmosphere-and activation-based sense of innovation and development of personalized and individualized-innovative ability based on individual development.%培养创新型人才是建设创新型国家的需要,而注重大学生个性化发展是创新型人才培养的先决条件。本文从高校培养创新型人才的重要性入手,分析了目前我国高校在创新型人才培养中存在的问题,提出了基于学生个性化发展的创新型人才培养的新模式,即营造气氛—激活基于个性化发展的创新意识和因材施教—提高基于个性化发展的创新能力。
