载振与晚清商部的创设

摘要

载振系庆亲王奕劻的长子,他曾有游历英美的经历,也曾有振兴商务的决心。1903年,在载振等人的倡导下,晚清商部成立,载振出任第一任商部尚书。在任期间,载振制订规范的商部组织结构,招纳人才,创办机关刊物《商务报》,并颁布了一系列促进商业发展的措施。%Zai Zhen is the eldest son of Prince Ching Yi Kuang＇s,he had traveled to England and America,has determined to revitalize the business.In 1903,under the auspices of the Tsai-chen,who,the establishment of the late Qing Dynasty Department of Business set out vibration as the first commercial government minister.During his tenure,contained vibration norm-business,organizational structure,recruitment of personnel,the founder of the organ of the ＂business＂ and issued a series of measures to promote business development.
