我国生态补偿机制现状与前景刍议

摘要

生态补偿机制是我国环境管理要求建立的三大生态机制之一，也是进行环境经济调控的重要措施。近年来。生态补偿在我国森林、矿产、自然保护区等领域应用广泛。本文从生态补偿机制的原理入手，探讨我国生态补偿机制的现状及存在的问题，提出了完善生态补偿机制的一系列建议。%Ecological compensation mechanism for environmantal management r~quircs the establishment of China＇s thre＊ major ecological mechanisms, is one of the important environmental and economic control measures. In recent years, ecol- ogical compensation in China＇s forest, mineral, widely used in areas such as nature reserves. In this paper, the principle of ecological compensation mechanism to start to explore the status of ecological componsation mechanism and problems, im- prove the ecological compensation mechanism, put forward a series of recommendations.
