浅谈编辑加工过程中的著作权意识

摘要

In the process of editing and publishing journal,people tend to concern is the author＇s rights protection at the expense of editing of copyright protection,the process of editing and publishing editors to pay attention to not only protect the author＇s copyright,but also to enhance their awareness of copyright protection.To avoid the editing process of the violations occurred from editing,journal clubs and national authorities three aspects,combined the power of three,in order to effectively reduce or even avoid such incidents.%在期刊编辑出版过程中,人们往往关注的是对作者的权益保护而忽视了对编辑的著作权保护,编辑在编辑出版过程中不光要注意保护作者的著作权,同时也要加强对自己的著作权保护意识。为避免在编辑工作过程中的侵权行为发生,应从编辑、期刊社和国家有关部门三方面着手,合三方之力,才能有效降低甚至避免此类事件的发生。
