浅论金融危机背景下大学生就业力的和谐发展

The global financial crisis directly impact on university students in the job market,college graduates are very severe forms of employment,and the harmonious development of the employability of students is the key to solve this problem.Based on the employment of university students is difficult because of the analysis,interpretation of the connotation of force employment of university graduates,and then put forward effective measures on the promotion of employment of university students and harmonious development.%全球金融危机直接冲击着大学生的就业市场,高校毕业生就业形式十分严峻,而大学生就业能力的和谐发展是解决这一问题的关键。本文通过对大学生就业难原因的分析,大学生就业力内涵的解读,进而提出促进大学生就业力和谐发展的有效措施。
