From geographic information systems and police information necessity briefly discusses the background of project disciplines. Through Changping Machikou community policing system instance, describes the basic functions of the community policing system and analyzes the problems in the future development of community policing system faces.%文章从地理信息系统和警务信息化必要性两个方面简单阐述了工程项目的学科背景。通过昌平马池口社区警务系统实例，介绍了社区警务系统的基本功能，并分析了社区警务系统今后发展所面临的问题。
