论高校教师的特殊职业权利

摘要

在依法治教的趋向下，高校教师的权利保护受到越来越多的关注。与普通教师相比，高校教师是培养教师的教师，承担着更多的社会责任和历史使命，应该拥有更有保障的、更为宽泛的学术自由权、专业自主权或课程开发权、进修培训权。因而高校教师拥有四种权利：一般公民权利、教师的一般职业权利、高校教师的特殊职业权利和民主参与学校管理的权利。%Under the rule of law tend to teach, protect the rights of university teachers are more and more attention. Compared with ordinary teachers, teacher's training college teachers are teachers assume more social responsibility and historic mission should have a more secure, more broadly academic freedom, professional autonomy or curriculum devel-opment rights, and the right to refresher training. Thus university teachers have four rights:civil rights in general, the gen-eral professional rights of teachers, special vocational college teachers' rights and the rights of democratic participation in school management.
