随着高校人事制度改革的不断深入，高校人才交流中心日益彰显出其强大的生命力。在新的时代背景下，高校人才交流中心的工作不能仅局限于对下岗聘余人员的管理，而应该转变观念，制定政策，拓展业务，开创高校人才人事工作的新局面。%With the development of the reform of personnel system in university, the talent exchange center of the university presents its vitality constantly. Under the new situation, the function of talent exchange center in university can't be confined to the management of unwanted staff but should change ideas, policies, expand the business to make new exploration.
