How to improve the quality of higher vocational education is an urgent problem, and educational technology is a comprehensive and complete process to analyze and solve the problem. This article describes the development process of educational technology, the need for modern educational technology impact on vocational education and application of analy-sis and discussion of how good application of multimedia and network teaching methods in higher vocational education in order to better improve the quality of personnel training.%如何提高高等职业教育质量是一个急迫的问题，而教育技术就是分析问题并解决问题的一个综合完整的过程。本文介绍教育技术的发展历程，分析现代教育技术对高等职业教育的影响及应用的必要性，讨论如何在高等职业教育教学中应用好多媒体与网络教学等手段，以更好地提高人才培养质量。
