经典传统文化启示下大学生团队的协调与配合--基于大学生团队建设的调研

Students' team plays the role of a bridge, and link in the student management. Start from the team coordinated with the general meaning, discussed the importance of coordination, and management of student teams around the recurrent problem, look for backing from Chinese traditional culture, to study and propose several methods to solve problems.%大学生团队在学生管理中起着桥梁、纽带的作用。本文从团队协调与配合的一般含义入手，讨论了团队协调配合的重要性，并围绕在学生团队管理中经常出现的问题，从中国传统文化中寻找依托，研究并提出了解决问题的几个方法。
