高校档案安全管理体系建设

摘要

The University Archives systems are historical witness the development, which have been recoding teaching fac-ulty works and the scholastic life of students. It is also a valuable reference of university development and establishment. Uni-versities have been paying more attention on the establishment of archival work, meanwhile the safety of University Archive systems are one of the most important part of the works. This paper will mainly discuss on the security issues of university integrated file, which are including physical files and digital files safety management.%高校档案工作是高校发展的历史见证，是高校教职工工作的记录，高校学生学习生活的记录，高校档案的价值在于对高校建设的方方面面的指导作用。高校越来越注重档案工作的建设，而高校档案的安全工作也是其中重要的一部分，本文主要就高校综合档案的安全问题，包括实体档案和数字化档案的安全管理工作的必要性和重要性进行简单论述。
