关于基层社区管理的几点思考

With the ever accelerating the reform of the economic system and the process of urbanization, the grassroots com-munity is playing an increasingly important role in the current civilized city, building a socialist spiritual civilization in the process. Status of urban communities is also increasingly important. Grassroots community management gradually devel-oped into an element of social development, strategic issues, grassroots community management is directly related to the daily life of the people live in urban communities, is of great significance in terms of social harmony and stability to show. This paper based on the analysis of city community management to propose a targeted response.%随着我国经济体制的不断改革以及城镇化进程的不断加速，基层社区在当前创建文明城市、建设社会主义精神文明的过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。城市社区的地位也是日益重要。基层社区管理逐步发展成为我国社会发展的一个战略性问题，基层社区管理直接关系到城市社区人们的日常生活的安居乐业，在展现社会和谐稳定方面具有重要的意义。本文通过对我国城市社区管理进行了一定的分析，从而提出了有针对性的对策。
