近几年来,大学生群体就业难的问题日益成为了社会热点问题而被提到了舆论高点,而由此也引发了大学生的自信心受挫、学习兴趣下降、逃课、辍学等问题,给还未踏入社会的他们在身心发展等方面都带来了极大的不利影响.因此,我们不仅要对大学生开展就业教育,引导他们实现顺利就业,还要在这个过程中有效地渗透思想政治教育,来帮助他们鉴定信念、树立远大理想.有鉴于此,本文分析了对大学生就业指导教育和大学生思想政治教育的关系和相互作用进行了分析,进而对大学生就业指导中加强思想政治教育的有效途径进行了探讨,以期能够促进大学生就业指导工作更加有效地开展,进而帮助大学生更好地就业.%In recent years, college students' difficult problem of employment has increasingly become a hot social issue and has been referred to the public high point, but which also led to a frustrated college students self-confidence, decreased inter-est in learning, truancy, dropping out of school and other issues, yet to tread the society in terms of their physical and mental development have brought great negative impact. Therefore, we should not only carry out the employment of college stu-dents, to guide them to achieve successful employment, but also in the process effectively penetrate the ideological and poli-tical education, to help them identify beliefs, lofty ideals. In view of this, the paper analyzes the employment guidance edu-cation and ideological and political education of college students relationships and interactions are analyzed, and then on the Employment Guidance of College Students ideological and political education in an effective way were discussed with a view to facilitate the work of college students' employment guidance more effective implementation, and then help students to bet-ter get jobs.
