教学质量是高职院校的办校之本，民办高职院校作为高等职业教育的重要构成部分，亟需建立科学合理的教学质量监控体系。笔者从剖析教学质量监控系统的内涵入手，结合重庆市主要民办高职院校教学质量监控体系运行现状，从全面质量管理的视角，从院系两个层面实施“计划一执行一检查一反馈”模式使现有的监控系统更合理、科学，促进教学质量的持续上升，进而对民办高职学院提升教学质量发展内涵式建设有较大的指导作用。%Quality of teaching is the center of vocational colleges running school, private vocational colleges as an important component of vocational education, the urgent need to establish a scientific and rational teaching quality monitoring sys-tem. The author analyzes the connotation of teaching quality monitoring system, combining the status quo of Chongqing major private vocational colleges teaching quality monitoring system operation, from the perspective of total quality man-agement, from the implementation of faculty at two levels,"a program to perform an inspection of a feedback."mode so that the existing monitoring system more rational, scientific, and promote the quality of teaching continues to rise, and thus to improve the teaching quality of private vocational school connotative development have a greater role in guiding the building.
