青年时期是一个人重要的发展时期，在这个时期，青年的自我意识日趋觉醒，自我实现需要也极大的发展。但是，由于社会环境的变革、家庭教育的缺失等因素使得当下的年轻人在自我实现中面临着诸多困惑，影响了青年各方面自我价值的实现。马斯洛需要层次理论中的自我实现理论为研究当代青年自我实现的困境提供了理论和现实依据。%Youth is an important period of development, in this period, the youth's self-awareness is gradually awakening, self actualization needs also great development.
