以职业岗位能力培养为导向的高职会计专业课程体系改革与实践

摘要

The Chinese economy is now increasing at an unprecedented speed. With the advancement of China's"One Belt, One Road"economic strategy, accounting talents will inevitably be in great need in China. In accordance with this trend, the accounting training curriculum system for most vocational schools will have to be reformed and perfected. With regard to the obscurity of training objective and lack in practice for students, the thesis points out an ability-oriented policy for the reform of present accounting curriculum. The thesis first makes an analysis of the present situation of the existing curriculum and the necessity to change it, then discusses the specific measures to make it perfect.%中国经济正以前所未有的速度在发展。随着一带一路的经济发展战略的逐步推进，中国需要越来越多的会计人才。现行的大部分的职业院校的会计培养课程体系设置已经远远不能适应这一发展趋势，必须加以改革完善。文章针对针对课程目标设定不明确、课程设置缺乏实践性等问题，提出了建立基于岗位能力培养的职校会计专业课程体系。文章首先分析了会计专业课程设置的现状及改革的必要性，然后探讨了改革完善现有课程体系设置的主要措施。
