归因偏差对大学生身心发展的影响

     

摘要

归因偏差影响着大学生的自我成长和自我评价,尤其是对大学生身心发展的影响,而正确的归因观却是大学生积极健康生活的动力。本文主要结合Weiner的归因理论对大学生身心发展的三个方面(即成就动机、人际自信、情绪情感)进行分析,从而总结和研究大学生在归因过程中存在的问题,并从学生自己、家庭、学校、社会四方面入手,帮助大学生克服归因过程中的误区,树立正确的归因观。%The attribution bias influences the college students'self growth and self evaluation ,especially on the development of college students' physical and mental development. And the right of attribution is the motivation of college students' positive and health life. This article combined with Weiner's attribution theory on colleges' students physical and mental development of three aspects (achievement motivation, interpersonal confidence, emotion) to analyze and summarize the colleges' student on attribution problems existing in the process and to start from the four aspects:the students themselves, family ,school and society to help students overcome attribution errors in the process, establish the correct attribution on.
