非智力因素与高职院校学生学习的关系

摘要

高职院校的学生本身学习成绩就不好，但不是智力的问题，而是非智力因素没有得到应有的开发，为此，在高职院校培养学生的非智力因素显得尤为重要。本文先阐述了非智力因素的概念，接着论述了非智力因素培养的意义及重要性，最后提出了培养非智力因素的策略。%Higher vocational college students' learning achievement is not good, but not intelligence, but non intelli-gence factors did not get due development.
