论马克思主义思想政治教育原理下的当代辅导员体制构建

摘要

马克思和恩格斯作为马克思主义教育理论的创始人，他们的学说使人类在教育方面掌握了更为科学的理论武器。随着时代的进步和我国高等教育改革的逐步深入，更为庞杂的大学生成长成才需求为高校辅导员的构成和素质带来了新的挑战。本文通过分析目前我国辅导员工作中存在的问题，试图将马克思主义思想政治教育理论同中国辅导员队伍实际情况相结合，为辅导员体制的建设和完善提供理论支持，最终为我国辅导员体制改革提供新的思路。%As the founders of the of Marxist educational theory, their theory of ideological and political education has given human a more scientific tool. Along with the progress of times and further reform of higher education, the requirement of a larger and complex college student group for growth and development brings new challenge for the composition and quality of instructors in colleges and universities. By analyzing existing problems in the works of instructors in China, this paper intends to combine the theory of Marxist Ideological and Political Education with the actual situation of instructor group in China, provide theoretical support to the construction and perfection of instructor system, and finally find a right direction for the development of instructor system in China.
