西南某地区HIV感染产妇孕产期未使用抗病毒药物的原因浅析

摘要

Objective To discuss the influencing factors on the HIV-infected pregnant women in maternity unused antivirals,to provide evidence to improve the antiviral applications proportion and medication compliance of the HIV infection maternal.Method Colleced 《HIV-infected pregnant women /premarital women's basic registration card》and《HIV-infected pregnant women and infants born to registration card》of all HIV infections maternal in 2009 to the first half of 2012, verified whether they really Access to anti-viral treatment, we compared the differences on education level, marital status, provide intervention services for health care organizations and to confirm HIV infection time of applicated and not applied antiviral maternal. Results In this survey, The health care organizations who Provided intervention services, whether maternals are floating population and the time when confirm HIV infection may affect the medication in HIV-infected pregnant women, and maternal education level may confirm the impact of HIV infection(P<0.05). Conclusion It is not optimistic using antiviral drugs of HIV infectied maternal, the HIV antibody test is not timely or not hospital delivery is the major risk factors for HIV-infected pregnant women to miss antiviral specification medication, it need to strengthen health education on the knowledge of the prevention of mother-to-child transmission of AIDS women of childbearing age.%目的：探讨 HIV 感染孕产妇在孕产期未使用抗病毒药物的影响因素，为提高 HIV 感染孕产妇的抗病毒药物应用比例及服药依从性提供依据。方法收集西南某地区2009年到2012年上半年所有 HIV 感染产妇《艾滋病病毒感染者孕产妇/婚检妇女基本情况登记卡》及《艾滋病毒感染者孕产妇及所生婴儿登记卡》，对其是否应用抗 HIV 抗病毒药物进行核实，比较孕产期应用及未应用抗病毒药物孕产妇在文化程度、婚姻状况、提供干预服务医疗保健机构及确认 HIV 感染时间等方面存在的差异。结果在本研究中，提供干预服务的医疗保健机构、孕产妇是否为流动人口及确认 HIV 感染时间可能是影响 HIV 感染孕产妇服药的因素，而孕产妇文化程度可能是确认 HIV 感染时间的影响因素（P<0.05）。结论 HIV 感染产妇使用抗病毒药物情况不容乐观，HIV 抗体检测不及时或者不住院分娩是 HIV 感染孕产妇错过抗病毒规范用药的主要危险因素，必须加强育龄妇女关于预防艾滋病母婴传播方面知识的健康教育。
