闭合复位经皮空心钉固定微创治疗踝关节骨折的临床研究

摘要

Objectiv To explore the clinical results of close reduction and percutaneous internal fixation with cannulated scews on ankle fracture. Methods A retrospective analysis of solders patients in 305 hospital of PLA in 2006.7-2011.8,12 cases of ankle fractures in patients were treated by closed reduction and percutaneous cannulated screw. 11 were male and 1 was female, ranging in age from 19-53. Results All patients were followed up and the healing time was 8-14 weeks. The average score was 92 (80~100)according to foot and ankle function scores recommended by AOFAS, were excellent:90 to 100, a total of 10 cases, good:80 to 90 minutes, a total of 2 cases and good rate was 96.2%. Conclusion With the satisfactory joint function and fracture healing rate, Close reduction and percutaneous internal fixation with cannulated screws was a more ideal minimal invasive surgery for some types of ankle fracture and was worthy of extensive promotion and application.%目的：探讨闭合复位经皮空心钉内固定治疗踝关节骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析解放军305医院2006年7月至2011年8月期间收治12例军人患者的临床资料，男11例，女1例，年龄19~53岁。应用闭合复位经皮空心钉内固定手术治疗。结果全部病例获得随访。骨折愈合时间为8~14周。采用美国足踝骨科协会(AOFAS)中足评分标准进行临床评估。平均评分为92分，其中优：90~100分，共10例；良：80~90分，共2例，优良率为96.2%。结论闭合复位经皮空心螺钉内固定是治疗踝关节骨折的一种较理想的微创术式，有骨折愈合快，踝关节功能恢复满意的优点，值得临床选择应用。
