目的：观察耳穴压豆配合中药烫熨法在肛肠疾病术后防止尿潴留的临床效果。方法将100例患者按住院先后顺序随机分为对照组及观察组各50例；对照组采用肛周疾病术后护理常规进行护理，观察组采用耳穴压豆配合莱菔子烫熨，观察两组患者排尿情况。结果两组患者排尿情况比较，观察组有效48例，有效率96%；对照组有效38例，有效率76%。结论用耳穴压豆配合莱菔子烫熨法能有效治疗肛肠疾病术后患者尿潴留的发生。%Objective Observe the ear beans together with the Chinese medicine ironing method in clinical effect of anorectal diseases preventing postoperative urinary retention. Methods Order 100 patients in hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group each 50 cases;control group adopts crissum diseases postoperative nursing routine nursing, observation group used ear bean with semen raphani ironing, observe two groups of patients with urination. Results Two groups of patients with urination condition comparison, observation group 48 cases effective, effective rate was 96%;control group 38 cases effectively, effective rate was 76%. Conclusion Use ear beans with ironing method of semen raphani can effective treatment of postoperative urinary retention in patients wit.
